Foundation B'cause was created to develop and promote contemporary dance in Poland. Its main project is B'cause Dance Company, through which we accomplish our goals. We intend to increase the quality of contemporary dance in Poland as well as promote Polish contemporary dance in the world. We want to develop international and interdisciplinary collaborations in art through producing works and educational activities.

Our inaugural project was a production of a performance titled 'Homesick | Sick Home' which explored the themes of refugees, immigrants and multicultural society and was supported by the city of Warsaw. We were also partners of Warsaw Museum of Dance organized by Format Zero, choreographic competition organized by Bielanski Osrodek Kultury and a co-producer of a performance 'Are we there yet?'. We are now touring the performance Homesick | Sick Home thanks to the support of Institute of Music and Dance and are about to start rehearsals for a new creation Faceless | Less Face, which was financially supported by the city of Warsaw.
